Product Review: Heating Tongue Vibrator, sent to me by Funzze.
Unleash pleasure with the flick of a tongue..
I remember being a teenager and learning about oral sex. I suppose, my mind had not been mature enough to consider that as a possibility.. and of course I learned through porn. Having a phone before people were really educated on the internet (aka. my parents) was an interesting experience.
When I did finally learn about oral sex it was only one way.. the BJ. Perhaps, in my mind, I could surmise that the same could be done on the vulval anatomy.. but one step at a time, am I right?

Somewhere along the way, I learned about the way in which my anatomy could be pleasured in that way.. but it took ages before I was bold enough to try. (Which is so funny considering my current life).
I remember sitting in the living room of myself and my roomie in undergrad, with a few other friends around, and some wine. What topic came up? Oral.
I didn't say anything, and looked around the room wondering if it would show on my face that I was not experienced. Keeping my mouth shut, I waited for someone else to join in with their experience.
My roomie was the first to say anything. She mentioned that she's had a boyfriend who really wanted to perform oral on her, and she'd agreed, but didn't like it. She said that she felt self conscious with his face being in that part of her body - mainly that she was worried about the smell.
All of a sudden, the other two friends were agreeing that they did not like having someone "go down on" them.. for similar reasons. Were the videos I'd watched of people with vulva's enjoying oral not accurate?
I later would come to find out that a lot of what we were experiencing as young women probably came from a stigma set about our bodies.
As well, it would still be a while after this conversation before I had someone "go down on" me. But, when I did I was prepared and free (as free as we can be as we grow) of stigma. I like to think that this ultimately made my experience a little less awkward, and a little more fun! I was ready.. and I liked it.
This brings me to the newest product that I am testing. The Heating Tongue Vibrator.

This product was crafted really thoughtfully. The first thing I noticed when pulling it out of the box are the little fake papillae on the 'tongue'. As well, the flexible material.
It is a vibrator so the first thing I wanted to try with it was clitoral stimulation. The tongue of this product is both long and wide, so great for covering the entire area. No need to worry about the size of your anatomy!
As I am always learning about myself while I test products, I learned this time that I prefer a hard vibrator. I like to be able to add quite a bit of pressure in my self play, which is different from the soft material from this products. With that being said, it has 10 different modes of vibration which are very fun to go through and I will definitely use this product again paired with a hard vibrator.
None of this is to say that there is anything wrong with the softer material, as I'm about to tell you how this product really shines.
As I was going through the vibrations I though "is this insertable?" which had me hopping out of bed to check the little note card that comes with each Funzze toy. Yes it is!
I turned the vibration off and grabbed some lube. As I tried inserting it, I said aloud "wow, I didn't think I was going to like it like this". I was very wrong for thinking that, as this is probably a toy I've liked for internal play more than any other. The smooth material mentioned is honestly perfect for this! It glides in smoothly, hitting just the right spots.
After having it in I wanted to try the vibration. If you know me well, you know I'm a little picky when it comes to inserting toys and fingers, and what motions those are doing once inside. This product looks a bit intense with it's vibration when you just see it, so I wasn't sure if this would feel great for me.
And, again, this toy proved me wrong. I reallllllyyyyy like this toy as an insertable! Whether manual or using the vibration, I think lots of 'vagina owners' would like the feeling too!
It's getting HOT..
Another part of this toy that makes it a bit unique experience lies within the heat function.
I'll admit I went into the toy testing a little blind. I checked out the numbers for the buttons on the cards and went to work!
I was slightly confused initially, at how to control the heat function, but the confusion was quickly figured out. There is a 'power' button and then one above it that reads 'heat/frequency'. When you hit the second button the vibration starts, and each time you press this it will move through the 10 functions.
"Where's the heat, though?" I questioned as I took another look at the note card.
I settled that it was a later problem.. I could have some fun with the product now and figure out the heat to try again later.
It wasn't until I got to that point where I was trying inserting the toy that everything clicked. In my mind, I had imaged the toy having levels of heat and you being able to choose the level. In honesty, this company was likely very smart not to have the toy this way, as I could see it leading to possible issues with the toy, people turning it up to high.. etc.
So, the way the toy actually works is that it heats to ~body temperature.
This is why I was finally able to notice that the heat function was working. When I was inserting I noted that it was not cold going in, like many of my other insertable toys.
"The heat function!" I said, as my 'eureka' moment! A function that really pulls the comfort this product together and puts it over the top.
I will end by saying, again, that this product was very thoughtfully crafted.
